During Your Session
Your session is guided by your comfort and what your body needs.
It is normal to experience shifts in breathing, digestion, or nervous system response during the session.
Your body continues to process and adapt after your session. How you support it matters.
Hydrate: Drink water throughout the day to support circulation and recovery.
Give Your Body Time: Allow space for your body to integrate. Avoid jumping immediately back into high-demand activity.
Move Gently: Light movement such as walking or stretching can support circulation and reduce stiffness.
Notice Changes: You may feel immediate relief or gradual changes over the next 24–48 hours. Mild soreness can occur, especially after deeper work.
Continue the Work: Sustainable change happens over time. We’ll guide you on next steps based on how your body responds.
